Pokemon Crown takes place in the medieval Region of Guelder, a once-prosperous land now recovering from a devastating war. After emerging victorious—but deeply scarred—Guelder stands at a crossroads. Two ancient prophecies hang over the land: one of light and peace, and another of darkness and destruction.

In an effort to reunify the fractured region and avoid another civil war, the King of Guelder establishes the Crown League, the kingdom’s first organized Pokémon tournament. When the kingdom opens its borders to the outside world, a flood of hopeful trainers enters the fray, eager to prove themselves in the Crown Challenge.

Unlike traditional turn-based Pokémon combat, Crown Battles place your team on a grid-based battlefield where positioning, type advantages, and team synergy play a critical role.
